I'm Charles H. Ganske, and I've been a personal Jeweler here in Urbandale, IA, since 2009. I believe in Personal attention to detail, offering custom designs, diamond and gem stone education, and upscale luxury jewelry. I started this business after 18 years of working in a retail jewelry store and I want you, my client, to have a wonderful adventure when selecting, purchasing, owning and wearing a piece of jewelry. I want every part of the experience to be a joy; after all diamonds, gemstones and jewelry are pure beauty and pleasure. Do yourself a favor and go see Charles! He's great at listening to what you want and giving you an education on jewelry. There was no pressure and he made it such an easy process.
I just have to add to my review that I have gotten so many compliments on my ring. There is such a difference between a personal jeweler and the big box jewelry stores.
I can call or email Charles if I have questions or concerns or I can stop in and have him take a look at it. So many positives that he knows ME and I'm not just some random walk in person.
