Do yourself a favor and go see Charles! He's great at listening to what you want and giving you an education on jewelry. There was no pressure and he made it such an easy process.
I just have to add to my review that I have gotten so many compliments on my ring. There is such a difference between a personal jeweler and the big box jewelry stores.
I can call or email Charles if I have questions or concerns or I can stop in and have him take a look at it. So many positives that he knows ME and I'm not just some random walk in person."
